In case you need to make an exchange due to size or color issues after placing your order, please note the following:

Bills:

The costs associated with returning the product to our facilities and shipping the new product will be the responsibility of the buyer, that is, yours.

Previous Contact:

We recommend that you contact us by email before starting any return process so that we can provide you with the best possible help and, above all, act quickly. We can also help you obtain a shipping label with Correos quickly.

Product status:

The product to be returned is in perfect condition, clean and without signs of use and with all original labels. You must include the order number in a note inside the product to facilitate the exchange process.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will proceed to refund you the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

The refund will be made expeditiously and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receiving the return request.

To start the exchange or return process, follow these steps:

Send an email to hola@weareknn.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

Confirmation:

We will respond to you as soon as we can to give you the necessary information and instructions.

Product delivery:

You must send us the product in its original packaging and include confirmation of the return request.

Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process your request expeditiously.

What is the shipping policy?

National shipping with Correos

Correos does not have guaranteed delivery times, but its goal is to deliver shipments within 72 hours depending on the origin of the goods and products.

Service modalities:

Standard Post Office

Package delivery within 2 to 5 days.

Premium Email

Package delivery within 2 to 4 days.

If your shipment fails to be delivered, after 2 failed delivery attempts, the shipment remains at the post office for 15 days so you can pick it up.

If you do not pick up the shipment at the post office, the package will be returned to us.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that our team has received your order.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Shipping costs are not refundable in case of return.

Do you ship abroad?

We are currently offering shipments to other European countries, such as Portugal, Andorra, Italy, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Norway and Sweden, through the UPS Standard service.

You can find the shipping rate at Checkout, between €8.99 and €9.79 depending on the destination country.

Can I cancel my order?

We get it, we changed our minds too!

Although we would like to be able to do this, once an order is placed, we cannot modify or cancel it at this time.

In case the product has a fault, you can exchange it for another of the same model or you can return it for a refund.

We remind you to review our exchange and return policy beforehand and above all, get in touch so we can help you as soon as possible.
